1 Place of delivery:- town of Skwierzyna ul. 61 Brigades, 66-440 Skwierzyna2. The goods supplied by the contractor will be in species I, factory new and produced in 2024 and newer. 3. Delivered goodsIn a given assortment position, it should be the same manufacturer, corresponds to all quality standards and has the required technical parameters. 4. The delivered goods must be marked with a barcode: a) goods should be a mark -up with a barcode in accordance with Decision No. 3/Minister of the Minister of National Defense ofOn January 3, 2014, regarding guidelines specifying the requirements for marking with the bar code of the product delivered to the Ministry of National Defense. The delivered goods should be marked in accordance with 4 points 1 item 5 (material group 5) of the abovementioned decisions. The labels applied should be expectedDetermined in 5 for the material group 5 of the abovementioned decisions. b) The Ordering Party will oblige the Contractor to transfer the perverted product card in electronic form (MS Excel format) to the recipient of the product product.
