Part 2 - Automatic rotary microtome delivery, assembly, commissioning, safety tests, training, installation of a technical passport
Part 3 Printer for histopathology cassettes delivery, assembly, commissioning, safety tests, training, establishing a technical passport
2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medical devices:
- they met the conditions for admission to trading in accordance with the applicable Medical Devices Act and corresponded to the description of the subject of the order included in Annex 2A to the SWZ - does not apply to Part 3.
- had the CE marking and, appropriate to their class, - current certificates from a notified body (does not apply to Part 2) and declarations of conformity.
3. The conditions for the performance of the order are also specified in the draft contract Chapter VII of the SWZ.
