Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of toilet paper and paper towels.
2. Detailed description of the subject and the size of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference - price form.
3. Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ is also a price form, which must be completed and attached to the offer. When submitting an offer, please provide the price and trade name of the offered product for each product item.
4.The offered products must come from current production - the production date cannot be older than 12 months from the date of delivery.
5.On offered products The Contractor will provide at least a 12-month warranty (use-by date) from the date of delivery.

7. The conclusion of a framework agreement does not deprive the Ordering Party of the right to order the items in question supplies
by means of separate public procurement procedures if the Ordering Party determines that there is no interest in submitting contractor offers from Contractors covered by the framework agreement or in other justified cases.
8.The framework agreement will be valid for 12 months from the date of its conclusion, but no longer than until the quantity of the product specified therein is exhausted.
