- 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a 12-month subscription for Vyond Enterprise tool software or equivalent software, described by the Ordering Party in point 5 of Annex 1 to SWZ-SOPZ together with the relevant license enabling the use of software on the software rules resulting from the license conditions.
2. The option under the right options assumes the purchase and delivery of a 12 -month subscription to the Vyond Enterprise tool software or equivalent software after 11 months from the first purchase (basic order).
3. Detailed description The subject of the order is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. Order processing:
Basic order: Subscription will take place up to 7 calendar days calculated from the date of the contract.
Order under the right of the option: Subscription will take place at the latest on the date of the subscription software license from the basic order.
5. Method of evaluation of offers: The contracting authority, choosing the best offer from among the offers not subject to rejection, submitted in response to the contract notice, will be guided by the criterion and its meaning and will evaluate the offers in as part of this offer evaluation criterion. The contracting authority will award an contractor, whose offer will get the highest number of points.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow negotiations to improve the content of offers submitted in response to the contract notice.
