Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of tools for medical and surgical procedures for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o.
2. The order of the contract has been divided into 43 parts.
3. An object of the item according to the common dictionary of orders: 33169000-2 surgical instruments.
4. Detailed description of the subject of the contract Determining the requirements of the Employer, the quantity is included in Annex 1 to SWZ-the assortment and price form and in Annex 5 to SWZ-the draft contract. The contractor, by completing the items indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Employer.
5. Lotted items Orders must be complete, with a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.
6. The offered objects of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law.
7. All of them Entries of SWZ and its attachments, in which the Employer refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions.
8. The order of the contract must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws 2012.974 of 2022.05.09), if the contracting authority requires the offer to offer an assortment constituting a medical product.
