Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of traction batteries, tire batteries and spare parts to transhipment equipment and lifting devices. According to order documents.
2. Description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to SWZ- operational and technical requirements (WET).
3. Type (assortment), and the amount of individual range (subject of the contract), are specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - price form.

In Annex 4 to SWZ- operational and technical requirements (WET), as well as in the attachment No. 3 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter PPU).
5. The terms of the contract were specified in the planned provisions of the contract

6. The Contractor shall grant a warranty for the period and on the conditions specified in §7 PPU - Annex 3 to Swz.
