Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of combined transformers constituting the equipment of the Ordering Party station together with the provision of additional services.
2. The order of the contract includes the supply of transformers for tasks:
Task 1: Expansion of 400 kV and 110 kV switchgears in the 400/110 kv Siedlce station Uzrzanow;
Task 2: Switching the track of the 400 kV line of Ostrołęka-Wyszkow-Stanisławow working at 220 kV with a voltage of 400 kV with replacement of the 220/110 kV transformer at the Wyszkow station for 400/110 kV unit.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in part II SWZ - description of the subject Orders.
4. Name and codes of the common order dictionary:
31173000-9 - transformers.
5. Finely, in all cases in which the contracting authority describing the subject of the contract by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to In art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions described if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than the cited.
