1. The subject of the order is the supply of current, voltage and combined transformers constituting the equipment of the Purchaser's Station, together with the provision of additional services.
2. Estimated Order Value: EUR 1,258,200.00 net, including:
Basic Order: EUR 1,254,600.00 net
Option rightji - Installation supervision: EUR 3,600.00 net.
3. The Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to art. 393 sec. 1 point 4) of the Public Procurement Law, in which the share of products, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks from the Member States of the European Union, countries from whichThe European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to a Council Decision, does not exceed 50%.
