Description:
Delivery of a transmitter mitral valve system for UCK1. The subject of the fall is the supply of a translated system for replacing the mitral valve for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantities and requirements specified in the beginning No. 3 to SWZ.2. The ordering one requires the offer offered SUBSCIDATIONS OF MEDICAL MEMBERS contained in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the executive acts issued on the basis of the Act. 3.
