Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of materials to transplantation to the University Children's Clinical Hospital L. Zamenhof in Bialystok, ul. J. Washington 17, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the order was described in the offer form - Annex 1 to SWZ
