A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is to refuel fuels in the city of Pionki on fuel stations belonging to the diesel oil contractor (ON) in the amount of 68000 liters and unleaded gasoline PB95 in the amount of 2000 liters. Diesel should be correspond to the PN-EN-590 standard, while the unleaded petrol PN-EN-228 standard. Fuel supplies will be on the principle of non-cash refueling vehicles and equipment in the selected fuel station. Contractor. The contractor must have a 24-hour station located in the city of Pionki. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit or extend the subject of the order in quantification depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party - this can not constitute a basis for bringing any claims by the Contractor. The settlements between the Ordering Party of the Aquestor will be conducted in zlotys, in a 15-day cycle, i.e. from 01 to 15 days and from 16 to the last day of each month, from the Employer's account to the Contractor's account within 21 days from the date of invoice issuing.
