Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of a treatment table to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1 to the NIN. Specifications.
Offers not having the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
Other terms of the contract are determined by the draft contract, constituting Annex 3 to the NIN. Specifications.

The required date and terms of the order processing
Equipment delivery time: up to 10 weeks from the date of the contract.
Golden Autumn 1, Krakow or assurances at your own expense by a third party. The training will be confirmed issuing personal certificates.
Co -financing of the order under the project: "Modernization and extension of the Diagnostic Facility, Combined Treatment, Pharmacotherapy and Pharmaceutical Care on oncologically ill in the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow" under the National Plan Reconstruction and increasing immunity.
