- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of tree seedlings for compensatory plantings in the area of provincial roads managed by the Masovian Voivodeship Roads Authority in Warsaw. 1) A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Part III of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order in Part IV - Specification Technical and in Part V SWZ Bills of Quantities.2) If the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.3) In If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described.4) The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own expense within 14 days from the date signing the contract.5) Places of delivery: Delivery will be made at the Contractor's expense after appropriate arrangement to the places indicated by the Ordering Party in: Gostynin-Pock Road Area, Ciechanw Road Area, Grodzisk Road Area Mazowieckie,...
