Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of tree seedlings for RDW in Gryfice with parameters (i.e. height, trunk circumference) and quantities and types specified in detail in the Price Form (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ) and in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Chapter C of this SWZ). 2. The contractor will deliver and unloading the subject of the order at your own expense and risk, ensuring its proper protection during transport and during loading and unloading.3. Delivery address: Drg Wojewdzkie area in Gryfice, ul. Pisudskiego 18, 72-300 Gryfice delivery of tree seedlings in accordance with the description specified in Section C SWZ.4. By the word "delivery", the ordering party understands the sale of tree seedlings on the basis of a protocol of transfer of the assortment and their delivery to the place of delivery described in point 3 together with the preparation of an acceptance protocol. By the time the final acceptance protocol for tree seedlings is signed, damage will have occurred during transport is removed by the Contractor at his own expense.
