Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 2022, 6-seater truck up to 3.5 tons for the needs of the Municipal Real Estate Board in Jastrzębie-Zdroj, together with car insurance inthird party liability insurance/AC/NNW for a period of one year from the date of registration of the car. Detailed parameters and equipment are included in the Technical Specification constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and constitute the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party. The Contractor may deliver a car with additional or better equipment or parametersh better than recommended. , 1.1. The Ordering Party requires that the location of the warranty and post-warranty service is no more than 60 km from the Ordering Party's registered office. 2. Whenever in the SWZ and its annexes the subject of the order is described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, the source ora specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor, this should only be understood as presenting an example of a product, process, solution or functionality, i.e. determining the minimum quality parameters and functional features of the product...
