- The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of leasing of 2 ambulances with equipment for the Emergency Medical Team for the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Blessed priest Jerzy Popiełuszko in Włocławek. 1.1. Detailed the specification of the vehicle and equipment included in the leased item is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer. 1.2. Detailed technical specification and description of the subject of the order, required conditions for the base car, medical compartment and medical equipment of the ambulance are included in Annex No. 2a to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer. 1.3.The offered ambulance must be manufactured in 2025, unused, non-demonstrative, not subject to exhibition, free from physical and legal defects, in technical condition consistent with the documentation, with an EC approval certificate for the base vehicle and the completed vehicle. (The Ordering Party reserves the right to reserves the right to verify the approval annexes before signing the contract in order to check their compliance with the offered parameters of the ambulance).
