• Description:
• The subject of the order is the delivery of a two-axle suction and flushing vehicle intended for comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of sanitary sewage systems, including delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters, as well as its commissioning and operation training. The Contractor will provide theoretical and practical training in vehicle operation for the Ordering Party's employees operating the equipment, conducted at the Ordering Party's headquarters. The delivered vehicle must be complete and meet all the requirements referred to in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in other provisions of the SWZ. The subject of the order is specified in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. General requirements: a) the vehicle must be brand new, unused, technically sound, free from defects, manufactured in 2026. b) the delivered vehicle must meet the requirements for driving on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the implementing regulations to Acts; c) the vehicle must comply with the regulations in force in Poland regarding environmental protection and occupational health and safety; d) the delivered vehicle must have a warranty for a minimum period of 2 years. e) The Ordering Party requires that the warranty service be mobile, i.e. traveling to the Ordering Party; f) servicing the Vehicle to the extent specified in the Agreement and required by the Vehicle manufacturer during the warranty period; g) at the acceptance stage, the Ordering Party requires checking the vehicle and chassis in the car...
