Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of two brand new passenger cars intended for the needs of the District Office in Pruszkow according to the following technical parameters: 1) Passenger cars from the compact SUV segment with the minimum technical parameters, equipment and requirements specified in Annex A Description of the subject of the Order.2) Cars must be brand new, manufactured in 2025, free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects, meeting the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads. 3) Cars must be delivered, among others: with light alloy rims equipped with seasonal tires, c) other necessary accessories, including those included in the table below.4) The Ordering Party requires: to the cars met the conditions referred to in the Road Traffic Law and the implementing regulations issued on the basis of this act.5) Cars must be technically sound, free from any manufacturing defects.6) Cars must have at least let...
