Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two brand new lighting masts for the needs of the Prusice Commune.2. The delivered item of the order must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and free from third party rights.3. The contractor will deliver complete devices, free from defects, ready for use, together with: - user manual in Polish, - warranty card, - technical and operational documentation4. The device must meet applicable safety standards, environmental protection regulations and technical requirements applicable to lighting devices. 5. Delivery will be made to the Municipal Office in Prusice, ul. Market Square 1, 55-110 Prusice at the Contractor's expense and risk.6. The Contractor must provide the Ordering Party with at least a 12-month warranty for the entire device.7. The warranty will cover: - mast, - power generator, - hydraulic system, - electronics, - LED lighting. Service response time will not exceed 12 hours from notification.8. Warranty repairs will be performed at the place indicated by the Ordering Party or by transport at the Contractor's expense. 9.
