Description:
1. The subject of this order is the purchase and delivery of two mobile power generators with a capacity of 40 kVA - 60 kVA.2. The scope of the order includes 2 pieces of power generators, both with a rated engine power of not less than 40 kW, mobile on a trailer with a hitch/hook.3. Purpose: aggregates are intended to ensure continuous operation of the critical infrastructure of the Drubice Commune in the event of a power grid failure.4. The subject of the order will be delivered to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and must include a complete device ready for use.5. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party about the delivery date the subject of the order at least 3 days before the planned delivery.6. Along with the supply of units, the Contractor is obliged to: train 4 people designated by the Ordering Party to handle the subject of the order; the training must end on the day of receipt of the subject of the contract and take place at the place indicated by the Ordering Party within a minimum of two hours; providing technical and operational documentation in Polish.7.
