- Description :
- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two needle profile with accessories along with testing, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order".
2 (in question).
The Employer reserves the right to call for explanations of the content of Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to provide the features of the offered subject of the contract to identify it, in accordance with the table in [Annex 1 to SWZ].
4. The subject of the contract must be consistent with a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to SWZ) and meet the described requirements. Failure to meet at least one of the minimum required parameters will reject the offer.
5. The contractor is bound by a complex offer for a period of 90 days. Run From the date of expiry of the deadline for submitting bids, with the first day of the binding date of the offer is the day on which the deadline for submitting offers is. The binding deadline expires - 15.11.2025.
6. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. All statements, notifications will be made in the language Polish. The contract will be prepared in Polish.
