Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
Delivery to the location of the Employer Equipment along with licenses for software, including transporting the Contractor to the location, unloading devices and transfer to the location in the locations indicated by the Employer, preparation executive project, system implementation, assembly of devices and integration with the Employer's systems, execution of as -built documentation, provision of the warranty service for devices, provision of technical support for the software.
The subject of the contract under the option is to provide services in as part of expert hours (in a maximum number of 480 man -hours) in favor of the contracting authority, in accordance with the description contained in point VII of Chapter II SWZ.
139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for The inverted order of evaluation of offers, i.e. first, will examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
4. The Ordering Party is the data administrator Personal within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, "GDPR".
