Dear Sir or Madam, The subject of the order is the delivery of two brand new open type rescue and transport boats (aluminum) with outboard engines, full rescue equipment and boat trailers for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Office in Szczecin. Subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of two open-type aluminum rescue and transport boats, specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order - Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ), 2) equipping the boat with the necessary equipment and rescue equipment, 3) delivery of two approved boat trailers, 4) assembly and starting the outboard engines, 5) marking the boat in accordance with the Ordering Party's guidelines, 6) training at least two employees in the field of operation and maintenance, 7) providing complete documentation (instructions, CE declarations of conformity, warranty cards, acceptance protocols). 8) providing service service during the warranty period under the conditions specified in the contract template. A detailed description of the subject of the order is a technical specification, which includes the minimum technical parameters required by the Ordering Party and the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annexes No. 1 and 6 to the SWZ.
