- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two brand new type C sanitary ambulances, GVW ≥ 3.8 t, with medical equipment, stretcher and cardiac chair, for the needs of the Independent Public Emergency Service in Pruszcz Gdański.
2. Ambulances must meet the requirements set out in acurrent Polish Standards transposing European standards: PN-EN 1789:2021-02 "Medical vehicles and their equipment. Road ambulances" for ambulance type C, or equivalent (i.e. meeting the technical and quality features specified in the indicated standard, in accordance with Article 36(2) of the Act of September 8ia 2006 on State Emergency Medical Services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1541).
3. The main stretcher delivered with the ambulance must meet those specified in the current Polish Standards transferring European standards: PN-EN 1865-1 A1:2015-08 "Patient transfer devices used in ambulancesroad - Part 1: General stretcher systems and patient transfer devices', or equivalent. The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the indicated standard regarding structure, functionality - functionality and parameters not lower than those required by the standard. The ordering party also allows offersuse of completed stretchers weighing up to 61 kg (mattress and carrier) and meeting the requirements of the current harmonized standards 1865-1 and 1789 (apart from the above-mentioned weight parameter), or equivalent standards, provided that the remaining parameters SWZ.
