1. Delivery of type C medical ambulances in the amount of 3 pieces with the equipment of each ambulance in the form of:
I. Care and the main carrier
II.USG
III.videolaryngoscope
IV. Relationship for chest compression
V.TABLET - ZRM mobile terminal.
Description of the subject of the contract is an attachment No. 2 to SWZ. The subject of the contract must meet certain requirements and have documents enabling registration in the Republic of Poland.
The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to SWZ (draft contract).
Pursuant to art. 257 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides for the possibility The annulment of the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, were not granted to him.
