- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of 160 servers, including 134 servers as part of the basic order and 26 servers as part of the optional order in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
