Description:
1. The subject of this order is the supply of ultrasound and retrofitting apparatus for the National Oncology Institute. Maria Skłodowska -Curie - National Research Institute of the Branch in Gliwice.
2. Description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract are included in the attachments (respectively for a given task):
1) technical parameters, price specification - Annex 2.1 / 2.4 to SWZ,
2) planned provisions of the contract, which They will be introduced into the content of the contract - Annex No. 5.1 / 5.3 to SWZ.
Item orders It is divided into four separate tasks.
The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks.
5. Offers not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract in a given task will be rejected.
6. The Ordering Party allows the possibility submitting balance offers - the description of the equivalence was included in Chapter IV SWZ.
7. The Ordering Party does not provide for the convening of a meeting of contractors to clarify the content of SWZ and does not provide for a local vision.
8. The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction and orders complementary.
9. Information on the joint application of contractors for the award of the contract was included in Chapter IX SWZ.
