Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of an ultrasound apparatus for the SP ZOZ in Międzyrzec Podlaski together with the implementation of adaptation works of the General X -rays.
- delivery, installation, assembly and launch of an ultrasound apparatus (hereinafter also called "device") along with equipment,
- conducting training to operate the camera in the operation of the installed device and software.
The offered device must meet the requirements of legal provisions and rules for providing health services in the field of equipment with equipment and Medical apparatus specified in legal acts, including in the Regulation of the Minister of Health.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, border technical parameters were included in SWZ, specified in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ.
