The subject of the order is the delivery of successive deliveries of brand new underground hydrants with an additional closure DN 80PN10 with a cover for the steam trap and above-ground hydrants with an additional closure DN 80 PN10 with a cover for the steam trap during a period of 12 months.
Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order, assortment and quantity of the subject of the order are included in the Description of the subject of the order.- List of unit prices, constituting Annex No. 1 to this specification.
The Ordering Party ensures the purchase of the subject of the order in an amount corresponding to at least 80% of the contract value. The remaining quantity of the subject of the order will depend on the operation of the water supply network, so please place an orderthe ordering party reserves the right to reduce the size of the order in the remaining quantities corresponding to no more than 20% of the contract value.
