Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of uniforms and equipment in 2026 - a field uniform belt.
2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 and 1A to the Terms of Reference (Technical and Operational Requirements (TTU), i.e.: - for the task No. 1 and 2 - WTU 3/WOBWSM, which the Ordering Party will forward to Contractors invited to submit offers who meet the conditions specified in the announcement.
3. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question.
The Ordering Party may exercise the option right multiple times until the maximum quantity is exhausted specified in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement, but no later than the date of execution of the Agreement in the scope of the basic order.
8 will be activated by sending an appropriate notice to the Contractor in written or documentary form.
Contractors the Ordering Party is not entitled to claim for optional deliveries.
The deadline for completing the contract under optional orders is set to 120 days from the date of sending the relevant letter specified in § 1 section to the Contractor. 10 and section 11 of the contract, but no later than November 30 2026 year, depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expires first.
4. The basic order in 2026 should be completed within 150 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (in accordance with the quantities specified in Annex 3 to the Agreement), but no later than November 30 2...
