Description: 1. The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the selection of a contractor - an intermediary in providing units for units of the SAM license management software - Software Asset Management, hereinafter manufacturer's software.
2. The framework framework specifies all the conditions for the implementation of deliveries or the provision of services, in view of the above contract, a contractor will be granted with whom a framework agreement will be concluded, without conducting a public procurement procedure, pursuant to art. 313 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, on the principles described in chapter II point 3 SWZ.
