Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of uniforms and equipment in 2026 - five-finger winter gloves in accordance with WDTT model 615A/MON. 2. Requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 1A to the SWZ - Technical Specification - Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT) for tasks No. 1, 2, i.e. constituting an integral part of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which the Ordering Party will provide to those invited to submitting offers to Contractors who meet the conditions specified in the announcement. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right, to an extent not greater than that indicated in Annex No 2 to the Agreement. The Ordering Party may exercise the option right multiple times until the maximum quantity specified in Annex 2 to the Agreement is exhausted, but no later than until the date of execution of the contract in the scope of the basic order. The Ordering Party's use of option rights will be activated by sending an appropriate notice to the Contractor in written or documentary form. The Contractor is not entitled to claim against the Ordering Party for optional deliveries. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the order be placed completed on time: - as part of the basic order within 150 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than November 30, 2026, depending on which of the above requirements...
