1. The subject of the order is the delivery of uniform items
and equipmentwipping for Special Forces.
2.The scope of the order includes five tasks.
Task No. 1 - Self-inflating mat
1. Delivery of the self-inflating mat in accordance with the order documents.
2. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the ordering party in the scope of task No. 1, requires:it is not necessary for the contractor applying for the award of this contract to submit the following evidence together with the offer:
a) a sample of the offered uniform and equipment, i.e. one piece of self-inflating mat;
b) laminate test results stating the requirements forvalued in tables 1 and 2 of WTU 111/DKWS confirmed by an accredited laboratory;
c) a declaration of compliance of the parameters of the offered product with the provisions contained in WTU 111/DKWS and documents issued by the manufacturer/importer
or the offerer regarding the parameters of the basic materials.
WzThe Contractor submits (hands over) the item of uniforms and equipment via the postal operator, in person or via messenger, within the time limit and in the manner described in Chapter XV SWZ - constituting the order document.
