Insulating clothing
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of uniforms and office items - insulating clothing, in the amount of: 1000 pieces.
2. The subject of the contract must beProduced according to the requirements specified in military technical and technological documentation (WDTT) No. 127/Mon.
3. Order items will be supervised by the quality of the RPW in accordance with the AQAP 2110 Edition D Version 1. The quality management system must comply with PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015.
4.The Contractor will be obliged to submit the following evidence together with the offer:
- certificate confirming the possession of PUUW plants in accordance with the WDTT and PUiW model for serial production by the Commander of the WOBWSM for: Warming clothing- insulating clothing-Model 127/MON with the date of issuing after 22.04.2024.
The above -mentioned evidence will not be supplemented.
if the contractor orders the subcontractor to perform a complete item (PUUW), the requirement to present to the Ordering Party of the evidence in question referred to above also applies to this subcontractor.warming
