Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Employer Softshell and universal jackets, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order", divided into 2 (two) tasks (parts), therefore the contracting authority allows you to submit partial offers in accordance with the following:
1) Task No. 1 - sweatshirt deliverySOFTSHELL;
2) Task No. 2 - Delivery of universal jackets.
2.aSortyment, estimated number and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract were indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. Eat only from the contractor of the offer at mostEvaluated! Pursuant to art. 139 para. 2 of the Act, before choosing the best offer, the ordering party will call the contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, to submit within the prescribed period, a statement that he was not subject to exclusion and met the conditions for participation in the proceedings as at the date of submissionOffers.
