Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of winter hats, summer socks and winter socks to the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract", divided into 2 (two) tasks (parts), therefore the contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following:
1) Task no 1 - delivery of winter hats;
2) Task No. 2 - Delivery of summer socks and winter socks.
2.Sortyment, estimated number and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract were indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.

Pursuant to art. 139 para. 2 of the Act, before choosing the best offer, the ordering party will call the contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, to submit within the prescribed period, a statement that he was not subject to exclusion and met the conditions for participation in proceedings as at the date of submission of the offer.
