- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the customer of the T -shirts with long and short sleeves, half -growing, field uniforms, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order", divided into 3 (three) tasks (parts), therefore the contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with following:
1) Task No. 1 - Delivery of T -shirts with long and short sleeves,
2) Task No. 2 - delivery of half -naked,
3) Task No. 3 - Delivery of field uniforms.
2.Sortyment, estimated number and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract were indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
Eat only from the contractor of the highest rated offer! Pursuant to art. 139 para. 2 of the Act, before choosing the best offer, the contracting authority will call the contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, to submit within the prescribed period, declarations that he was not subject to exclusion and met the conditions for participation in the procedure as at the date of submission of the offer.
Delivery of uniforms divided into parts - T -shirts with long and short sleeves
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Employer 1500 pcs. T -shirts with long and 1500 pcs. Shirt -sleeved shirt.
2. The Contractor shall make the subject of the contract within 4 months from the date of the contract, in three deliveries.
