5.1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to the server room. UPS emergency power supply with a power of 3000VA / 3000W 1 pc. UPS emergency power supply with a power of 2200VA / 2200W 1 pc. UPS emergency power supply with a power of 2000VA / 1800W 1 pc. The subject of the order is described in the annexes to the SWZ: detailed description of the subject of the order and the draft provisions of the contract.5.2 In cases where the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, which would lead to privileging or eliminating certain Contractors or products, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the order.
