• Description:
• Delivery of 40,000 liters of Pb95 ethylene and 250,000 liters of diesel oil by refueling the ordering party's transport units at the Contractor's gas station on an ongoing basis as needed. Right of option: Pursuant to Art. 441 of the Act - Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right to increase the minimum guaranteed scope of the order, i.e. the amount of PB95 ethanol and oil drive. The scope of the order for the option right is PLN 90,000. ON and 20,000l.
