Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of PB 95 unleaded petrol in the amount of 300 liters and diesel oil in the amount of 17,000 liters with refueling at the contractor's station in accordance with the rules set out in the contract (the contract template is attached as Annex No. 7.1 to SWZ). Refueling of vehicles in diesel fuel will take place at the petrol station(s). located at a distance of no more than 15 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters, counted as the length of the travel route from the Ordering Party's headquarters to the indicated Contractor's gas station on paved public roads, open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Refueling of unleaded gasoline will take place at the station fuels to the delivered canisters. The Ordering Party stipulates that the liquid fuels being the subject of the order should meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, i.e.) and also meet the standards: - PN-EN 228+A1: 2017-06 - for unleaded gasoline, or equivalent - PN-EN 590+A1: 2022-08 - for diesel oil, or equivalent In the event of a change in the applicable quality standards during the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor will adjust the fuel quality ...
