Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an unmarked 7-seater van. 2. The subject of the order is specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV 34114200-1 police cars.3. The vehicle must be brand new, manufactured in 2025, free from technical and legal defects. 4. Required is a vehicle of category M1, with a closed body, adapted to transport 7 people (6 + driver).5. A vehicle with approval issued in accordance with the Act on Approval Systems for Vehicles and Their Equipment and the Road Traffic Law.6. Meeting the technical requirements specified in force in Poland regulations for vehicles traveling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the implementing regulations to this Act.7. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ - Technical specification.8. The Contractor will provide service at an Authorized Vehicle Service Station in the city of Łodź.9. The car will be delivered to the seat of the Transport Department in Łodź, ul.
