Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of unmarked passenger vehicles: C segment for the transport of service dogs and D segment plug-in type. 34114200-1 The subject of the order is specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV 34114200-1 police cars. The vehicles must be brand new, manufactured in a year 2025, free from technical and legal defects. 4-5 people (including drivers). Vehicles approved in accordance with the Act on Approval Systems for Vehicles and Their Equipment and the Law on traffic road. Meeting the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) and the implementing regulations to this Act, detailed a description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. to the SWZ (according to the part) Technical Specification.
