- The subject of the order are: deliveries of urological materials for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The supply specification is included in Annex 1.1, ie "price form". Other terms of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract ("Designed provisions of the contract on a public procurement that will be entered into the content of the contract). The order is divided into 2 packages (parts). Agreements in the scope of resolved packages will be concluded after completing these proceedings for a period of 24 months.
The contracting authority informs that pursuant to art. 139 of the Act Public Procurement Law will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest assessed in a given package, in the scope of no grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
