Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of a used truck, manufactured not older than 2005, with a 6x6 drive and a body with a three-sided tipper. The ordering party did not divide the order into parts due to the fact that the subject of the delivery is one device. Detailed description of the subject of the order, its the specification is included in Annex No. 8a to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). Additional information: a) The minimum required warranty period is 3 months, counting from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol for the delivery of the subject of the contract. b) Until the order is accepted by the Ordering Party, the risk of any dangers related to possible damage or loss of the subject of the order is borne by the Contractor.c) The Ordering Party has the right to refuse to accept a defective delivery item or in the event of its non-compliance with the submitted order.d) The Contractor will provide warranty and post-warranty service of the delivery item.e) The Contractor must has a service point providing service (warranty and post-warranty service) at a road distance of no more than 50 km from the OTL headquarters in Wiebodzin, ul.
