Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and transfer of ownership of a passenger car in the form of operational leasing at the end of the leasing contract. Detailed technical requirements are included in Annex No. 4. The subject of the order includes: a) the purchase of a passenger car with individual features that meet indicated parameters and equipment, b) handing over the car to the Ordering Party for use for a specified period of time, i.e. from the date of delivery to the date of transfer of ownership, c) transfer of ownership of the car to the Ordering Party will take place on the basis of an agreement to be concluded within 30 days before the expiry date of the leasing agreement, for the price presented in the Contractor's offer together with the last installment of the leasing agreement based on the invoice by transfer to the Contractor's bank account indicated in the car sales agreement.
