Description:
1 Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszow.
2. A detailed description of the subjects of the contract, the estimated quantity and requirements are presented in the price -Offers to part 1 / 9 (Annexes No. 1 to SWZ), which is an integral part of SWZ.
3. The scope of the order includes the delivery of the subjects in the quantities specified in the price and offer forms for part 1 / 9 (Annexes No. 1 to SWZ), which are an integral part of SWZ, for a period of 24months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
4. The contracting authority does not allow submission of offers:
a) variant,
b) equivalent.
5. The contract performance date:
1). Delivery of subjects in part 1 / 9 for 24 months from the date of the contract.
2). The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the deadlinethe contract in the event of failure to fulfill the entire subject of the contract as a result of the implementation of lower orders during the contract. The change of the contract requires an annex, except that the contracting authority unilaterally notifies the contractor of the proposed extension of the contract before the expiry of the date it was concluded.
