The subject of the contract of this tender procedure are: delivery of useful materials and disposable equipment hereinafter referred to as the "goods" in accordance with the type of assortment and the quantities specified in the "assortment and price" form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with"Offer form", which is Annex 1 to SWZ.
The order is divided into 108 packages. As part of the procedure in question, the Employer requires the lease of devices in the package 9.
