Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of materials used for the operating theater.
2. A short description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the order includes breast implants, surgical hooks, breast expanders, intraoperative sizers.

5. Detailed conditions of delivery, including access to the Employer's buildings, is set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
6. The required period of implementation of partial deliveries: 3 working days from placing the order.
7. minimalThe validity period of the assortment minimum 9 months from the date of delivery.
8. The applicant will be obliged to use a minimum of 50 % of the gross value of the awarded order. Use will depend on the number of patients reporting to the Employer.
