1. The subject of the order is the supply of utility software, divided into five parts.
2. The subject of the order consists of:
In the scope of Part No. 1: sale and delivery of licenses / software with annual updates, in accordance with the table below:
a) Software like Figma Organization or equivalent annual subscription Design 16 pcs.
b) Figma Organization software or equivalent annual subscription Dev Mode 29 pcs.
c) Figma Organization software or equivalent annual subscription FigJam 31 pcs.
In the scope of Part No. 2: delivery i granting or providing a license for the TestRail Enterprise Server 10 Users software or equivalent, along with providing the Ordering Party with the ability to download, install and use the Software, as well as patches, changes, updates, etc., issued for the Software by the manufacturer or another authorized entity, without additional fees - within a period of at least 12 months - 1 pc.
Within the scope of Part No. 3: delivery of InstallBuilder Professional software for building application installation packages or equivalent, along with providing the Ordering Party with the ability to download, install and use of the Software, as well as amendments, changes, updates, etc., issued for the Software by the manufacturer or other authorized entity, without additional fees - for a period of at least 12 months in accordance with the table below:
a) new license 1 pc.
