Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of five UTM devices to the District Office in Lublin as part of the project - Cybersecure Lublin County co-financed under the European Funds for Digital Development Program, Priority II: Advanced digital services, Measure 2.2 Strengthening the national cybersecurity system. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to SWZ 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order includes delivery and implementation five UTM devices to be launched as one coherent security system. Division of the order would generate a risk of lack of continuity of operations, make it difficult to coordinate implementation work and could lead to a situation in which individual contractors they would be held responsible for any irregularities in the operation of the solution. Splitting the order would also make it difficult to maintain a uniform schedule, acceptance and warranty procedures, and one contractor provides full responsibility for delivery, installation, configuration and correct operation of the entire system.
